These are great tips, actually. The one I would add i that in this day and age you simply MUST have a website for your production company. But I realize that when starting a new business, the budget can be tight. There is a solution, of course, which is building an MVP for your startup. It will certainly allow you to test the waters and see how your clients react to it, which features they use the most and so on.
