Three easy steps for the best "Fried Apples"

This is a recipe that will make a whole family happy for the holidays also a perfect side to any meal that's quick and easy to make over the stove. Have you ever had fried apples that taste like cinnamon apple pie but without the crust? In the south of America this was a popular dish that has a lot of history to it, starting all the way back to Jamestown where they started growing apples, it then became important to the Appalachian region of the United States.

First thing, ingredients:

•5-6 apples peeled and then sliced.

• 6 tablespoons of butter.

•1/2 cup of sugar.

•1/8 nutmeg.

•1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

•Dash of salt.

How to make: 3 easy steps

This is actually a very simple recipe to create.

1st, to start you'll want to grab a frying pan and melt some butter into it, so the apple won't stick when you cook them.

2nd, Put the apples into the frying pan on low to medium heat, then you will just add all of the other ingredients onto the apples frying. Remember to add the Butter, Sugar, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, and a dash a salt.

3rd, after adding everything start stirring the apples continuously until they get soft, it will take approximately around 15 minutes until there ready. Once they are soft, they are ready to eat and enjoy! They are best when served immediately after cooking!
